Palveluntuottajillamme on vapaat k\u00e4det kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 toimintaansa vastaamaan asiakkaiden tarpeisiin, koska SIB-mallissa palvelun toimintatapaa ei ole saneltu etuk\u00e4teen.\r\n\r\nEroamme muista ty\u00f6valmennuspalveluista my\u00f6s palvelun keston perusteella. Ty\u00f6-SIB ohjelmassa on aikaa keskitty\u00e4 ty\u00f6paikan l\u00f6yt\u00e4miseen, valmennuksen kesto voi pisimmill\u00e4\u00e4n olla jopa 12 kuukautta. Asiakkaat saavat meilt\u00e4 pitk\u00e4kestoisen tuen ja avun ty\u00f6llistymiselleen.\r\n\r\nOhjelmaan voi palata takaisin, jos on ty\u00f6llistynyt Ty\u00f6-SIB valmennuksessa esim. m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4aikaiseen ty\u00f6suhteeseen ja ty\u00f6suhde p\u00e4\u00e4ttyy tai jos alkanut ty\u00f6suhde p\u00e4\u00e4ttyy koeaikapurkuun tms.
