Ty\u00f6-SIB coaching consists of individual support as well as group webinars. In one-on-one coaching participants set clear goals, create a customised plan to support employment. This is done with a problem-solving approach towards the goal. Coaching is also customised depending on the need of the participants. Usually, it\u2019s best to meet the coach every 1-2 weeks in the beginning, later less as the training progresses.<\/p>\n
Group activities include LinkedIn training, helping in getting clearer vision and direction, preparation for job interviews, networking, how to market your skills efficiently and how to find hidden job opportunities. In addition, we offer our partner\u2019s employment networks, recruiting and career story presentations in our service.
